Fans who saw the video immediately thought West was trolling the audience. Prominent superfan account yzyupdates posted the video with several laughing emojis. But West wasn’t having the slander and took to X to dispel those rumors.
“Bro This s*** was a vibe. The crowd was very loud It’s called rock and roll,” West said.
West will continue his tour with stops in Houston, Dallas, and Phoenix, with no other dates scheduled as of right now.
His return to United States shows has been met with very little backlash compared to his European shows.
He’s successfully performed in Los Angeles, New Orleans, Tampa Bay, San Antonio, and a homecoming in Chicago.
His overseas shows are a different story, with cancellations in the UK, France, Poland, Italy, Prague, Russia, and India.
his stems from his history of antisemitic remarks over the past few years. He has since apologized and blamed a lack of medication and extended bout of mania for the bigotry.
Some countries have let West play though. He’s successfully performed in Georgia, Türkiye, Spain, Albania, and other countries.
