Kanye West Reignites Drake Beef
However, Kanye continues to bless fans with snippets from the upcoming project. This past weekend, Kanye previewed a new song on social media. The song is titled “Heil Hitler,” which is right on brand with the album’s cover art which features two members of the Klux Klux Klan. In the song, Ye reignites his beef with his long-time nemesis, Drake.
“N****s be actin like f**g*ts so much I think they might be Drake… They don’t understand the things I say on Twitter… all my n****s Nazis n***a Heil Hitler,” he raps in the song.
Drake and Kanye have had a peculiar relationship over the past several years. They have had their fair share of public spats, most of which are usually instigated by Kanye.
With Drake being the butt of everyone’s jokes following his 2024 beef with Kendrick Lamar, Drizzy appeared to have found an unlikely ally in Kanye, who would often uplift Drake while everyone else was taking shots at him.
West took to social media to pay homage to Drake. West noted that when it is his time to go, he wants Drizzy to be the person who does his eulogy.
“I saw a video of Drake walking through his house and showing he had a library of rhyme books. Man, I wish I could have seen and remembered this when my jealousy overtook me,” he wrote in a since-deleted post on X, formerly known as Twitter. “I’ma say this when I die I need you to speak at [my] funeral.”
With Drake looking to rebound, it will be interesting to see if he responds to Ye.
