Kanye West Wants To Help Free Tory Lanez
However, he has a new ally who wants to help get him out of prison. That being rap star, Kanye West. Canadian artist Top5 took to social media to share a conversation between him and West. In the text message, West asks Top5 how he can help Tory get out of prison.
“What can I do about Tory?” Kanye West asked concerning Tory Lanez. Top 5 replied with a detailed answer.
“The petition is at 124k signatures,” he said. “So we need you to post [sic] Tory Lanez’s petition for his release. The man is going through a lot. He’s on his deathbed. He got stabbed 14 times. And his lungs collapsed. This will tweet [sic] will help a black innocent man see his kids again.”

Kelsey’s bodyguard, Bradley James, who was also there during the altercation, recently revealed to Lanez’s legal team that it was Kelsey who shot Megan and not Tory.
Per Lanez’s Attorney, Walter Roberts (via DJ Akademiks): “[Harris] fired at [Megan] three times. Mr. Peterson grabbed her arm and knocked it down, and the gun fired two more times. In essence, Mr. Peterson never shot anybody. Never even touched that gun. He never fired the gun. This statement aligns with the statement of the only non-party witness to the case, Mr. Sean Kelly, who at trial testified he saw two women fighting… There were three potential suspects in the car that night.”
