Kanye’s ‘WW3’ Album Cover Sparks Controversy

Kanye West has been the topic of controversy lately. Since his return to social media in 2024, the rap star has taken shots at several of the industry’s top tastemakers. But alas he has taken a break from his social media antics and decided to get back in the booth.

Kanye’s new album WW3 is set to release this Friday, April 4. And even with all of the out-of-pocket things that Kanye has said over the past several months, nothing will prepare you for the album cover artwork.

The cover features two members of the KKK (Klux Klux Klan) romantically hugging each other. This comes just days after the “Wyoming” rapper did an interview with DJ Akademiks dressed in a black KKK hood.

The cover wasn’t the only bombshell as it relates to Kanye’s new album. Earlier this year, rumors had begun to swirl that he was getting divorced from his wife Bianca Censori. On one of the songs on the album “Bianca” Kanye appeared to confirm those rumors.

“My baby she ran away But first she tried to get me committed. Not going to the hospital ‘cause I am not sick I just do not get it,” West raps in the song. “She’s having a panic attack and she does not like the way that I tweeted. Until Bianca’s back I stay up all night I’m not going to sleep. I really don’t know where she’s at.”

He also compares his and Bianca’s relationship to Diddy and his ex Cassie Ventura.

“I guess we the new Cassie and Diddy. I’m making this song for Bianca, I’m feeling the spirit of Donda. Bianca, I just want you to come back, Come back to me, I know what I did to make you mad.”
