Kardashian Lawyer Hits Back at Ray J ‘RICO’ Claims
Ray J previously suggested that the Kardashian family was on the radar of the feds. But in a recent statement to Sandrarose.com, the family’s attorney, Alex Spiro, said that the One Wish creator’s comments are “false statements” and said that the alleged charges against the Kardashians “do not exist.”
“We state unequivocally that no such federal investigation exists,” Spiro wrote in a statement to the outlet. No law enforcement agency has initiated any criminal proceedings or investigations related to racketeering charges against our clients, and no credible evidence whatsoever supports these inflammatory allegations.”
Spiro’s statement to the outlet stems from Ray J’s recent comments during a Twitch stream with reality star Chrisean Rock. During the stream, Ray J alleged that the feds are building a RICO case against the Kardashians. He also doubled down on his statements and said that the case against them will be worse than the one that the feds built against music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs. The reality star also said that he is the one feeding them the information that could lead to them ultimately being arrested.
“The federal RICO I’m about to drop on Kris and Kim is about to be crazy,” Ray J said during the stream. “I’m talking about, I’m on the news every day. I’ma say a lot of sh*t. Anybody who is cool with Kim needs to tell her now that the feds are coming. There’s nothing I can do about it. It’s worse than Diddy.”
If it turns out that Ray J’s comments are untrue, he could be facing some serious legal trouble. No members of the Kardashian family have personally responded to the reality star’s comments.
