Duane “Keffe D” Davis says he did not kill Tupac Shakur or The Notorious B.I.G., but claims he knows who was responsible for both murders.
Davis also reportedly rejected a plea deal carrying a sentence of between 10 and 25 years in connection with Tupac’s 1996 death. Prosecutors accuse him of orchestrating the September 7, 1996, drive-by shooting near the Las Vegas Strip.
Davis has pleaded not guilty and plans to take his case before a jury. His trial is scheduled to begin on August 10, 2026.
