Glasses Malone Expects Kendrick to Respond to Joey Bada$$

Joey has been poking the bear lately, attempting to engage the “Not Like Us” creator in another rap feud. There has been no response from Kendrick, who is currently touring with SZA. However, Glasses Malone, one of K. Dot’s close affiliates, says that Joey should expect some heat from the hitmaker sooner or later.

“Joey know sure as shit bars are coming his way when is the question,” Glasses said in response to a fan who asked if he thought Kendrick should respond to Joey.

Bada$$ Is Looking For a War With West Coast Rappers

Joey has been the catalyst of the renewed beef between the East Coast and the West Coast.

Joey first instigated his beef with Kendrick on a new song titled, The Finals,

“I salute you, Kenny, but I know you’re well aware / You lookin’ for some competition? Then just know that I’ll be right here,” he raps on the song.

However, the main target on the track is TDE rapper Ray Vaughn. The two have exchanged several diss tracks this week alone. On this particular song, Badass accuses Ray of clout chasing behind Kendrick.

Joey raps: “The way you let Dot d**k sit in your mouth / This that same d**k linkin’ I was talkin’ about / You n****s would do anything for the clout / Crash out over n****s who won’t even let you in they house / I bet you ain’t even got his number/It’s funny how the thirst is bein’ disguised as hunger.”

Bada$$ doubled down on his Lamar criticisms on another song titled “My Town,” which dropped on May 21.

“I’m the real boogeyman. Y’all n****s should be afraid. Get the general, I’m killing his troops,” he says, also adding:

“Don’t make me Pulitzer, better be wise because / I’m dottin’ T’s and cross your eyes like Whitaker.”

It will be interesting to see how long it takes for Joey to get a response from Kendrick.
