One of the more random developments to come from the world of rap is the budding romance between 00s R&B star Keyshia Cole and “67” rapper Skrilla. Now, more photos have surfaced with the two artists and social media has opinions.
How Did Keyshia Cole & Skrilla Get Together?
It’s unknown exactly when the 27-year-old Philadelphia rapper and the 44-year-old Oakland songstress, but this is nothing new for Cole. Previously, she dated 27-year-old rapper Hunxho, which lasted 2 years.
However, her new relationship with Skrilla seemingly came out of nowhere. Photographers caught the duo leaving various night clubs together. One such photo surfaced at LIV Miami, with Skrilla and her posing together. This led to several rumors brewing through social media.
But Cole ended all speculation over the weekend when she posted a picture hugging Skrilla from the waist with the caption “Yup,” on her story.
Neither Cole or Skrilla have announced they’re officially a couple, but they’ve been spotted together several times this year.
How Did Fans React?
Social media had many opinions on the duo, with some happy for the Grammy winner and others questioning her taste in young men.

The reaction has largely steered negative, with many saying Cole could do better. Some have come to her defense though, arguing that men get into age gap relationships all the time, pointing out the double standard.
