Kim Kardashian and Kanye West reportedly spent Christmas 2025 together in a rare show of unity, prioritizing their four children amid a long and often public history of co-parenting challenges.
According to TMZ, the former couple were “cordial with each other” over the holidays and are currently navigating a more peaceful co-parenting dynamic for their kids: North, 12, Saint, 10, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 6. Sources told the outlet that West has been “working on himself” and reflecting on his controversial behavior earlier this year.
Kim K recently addressed the emotional toll of that period on the latest season of Hulu’s The Kardashians, and emphasized her focus on shielding her children from instability.
“They’re gonna know things. They’re gonna grow up, they’re gonna see,” Kardashian said. “So my job as a mom is to just make sure that — at a time when that behavior is happening — is just to make sure that they’re protected.”
Kanye West has since taken steps toward accountability. Last month, he apologized for past antisemitic remarks during a recorded sit-down with Rabbi Yoshiayao Yosef Pinto, acknowledging how untreated mental health struggles escalated his actions.
“I was dealing with some various issues, dealing with bipolar [disorder], also,” West said. “So it would take the ideas I had and have me take them to the extreme where I would forget about the protection of the people around me and/or myself.”
Kardashian and West were married from 2014 to 2022. Since their divorce, Ye has frequently aired grievances about their co-parenting relationship, at times accusing the “Kardashian mob” of limiting his access to his children. In March, he sparked backlash after featuring North on a song alongside incarcerated mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, later likening his experience of seeing his children to “visitation” in jail.
Kardashian has also been candid about the difficulties of co-parenting with West. In October, she revealed that he hadn’t contacted their children in “a couple of months,” underscoring the ongoing complexities of their relationship.
