Kim Kardashian Blasts Psychics Who Told Her She’d Pass Bar: “They Lied”

Videos by According2HipHop

Kim Kardashian sounded off with some disappointing reviews about her family’s go-to psychics.

In a viral TikTok clip from Kris Jenner’s star-studded 70th birthday celebration, the All’s Fair actress was caught venting her frustration while getting her makeup done. “All of the f–king psychics that we have met with, and that we’re obsessed with, are all f–king full of s—,” Kardashian, 45, said into her phone. “They all collectively—maybe four of them—told me I was gonna pass the bar. So they’re all full pathological liars. Don’t believe anything they say.”

The outburst followed news that the reality star and entrepreneur did not pass the California bar exam, which she took for the first time in July. On Nov. 8, Kardashian shared the results with fans via Instagram.

“Well… I’m not a lawyer yet, I just play a very well-dressed one on TV,” she wrote. “Six years into this law journey, and I’m still all in until I pass the bar. No shortcuts, no giving up—just more studying and even more determination.”

Kardashian began studying law in 2019 through California’s Law Office Study Program, which allows aspiring attorneys to apprentice under practicing lawyers instead of attending law school. In 2021, she passed the “baby bar,” or First-Year Law Students’ Examination, on her fourth attempt—an emotional milestone she celebrated online.

“OMFGGGG I PASSED THE BABY BAR EXAM!!!!” she wrote at the time. “Looking in the mirror, I am really proud of the woman looking back today in the reflection. For anyone who doesn’t know my law school journey, know this wasn’t easy or handed to me.”

Beyond her studies, Kardashian has become an active voice in criminal justice reform. In 2024, she helped advocate for the release of Dawn Jackson, a New Jersey woman imprisoned for 25 years for killing her abusive step-grandfather. Gov. Phil Murphy later commuted Jackson’s sentence and credited Kardashian for her efforts.

Earlier this year, the SKIMS founder completed her six-year law apprenticeship—a process that typically takes four. “It wasn’t easy, and it took longer than planned, but I never gave up,” she reflected on Instagram. “Each course brought moments of doubt, tears, and triumph—especially when I conquered subjects I initially feared.”

Even without a law license yet, Kardashian’s persistence has made her one of the most visible celebrity advocates for legal reform–And it’s clear she’s still focused on the long game.
