Kodak Black and Boosie Badazz were one of the more unexpected rap feuds of 2025. And Yak just reignited it in a major way.
Kodak Takes Aim at Boosie on New Song ‘Christmas Eve’
In a snippet of an upcoming song titled “Christmas Eve,” Kodak aims at the Louisiana native. Accusing him of hating on him and his success. Because he refused to let Boosie sign him as an artist back in the day.
“F**k that lame n***a Boosie. He looking down on a young n***a getting skrilla. I used to look up to Boosie; he hit. I got more bread than that old head, stupid. You don’t even move like an OG. Couldn’t sign me, you got cold, yeah, you know me” he raps on the song.

Fans in the comments section of the social media post had mixed reactions to the new Kodak snippet.
“He is not lying, Boosie fake as hell,” one person wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“Kodak burnt tf out, he just sick he don’t get the same luv no more desperate still making diss songs,” another user added.
“lol man this gotta be AI ain’t no way Kodak drop this shit it’s not mixed, and the quality just sound too ass to be Kodak unless he is tweaking again.
Kodak Black and Boosie’s feud began after the audio of Young Thug’s interrogation interview leaked online over the summer. In the interrogation, Thug appears to implicate YSL associate Peewee Longway in the shooting of Lil Wayne’s tour bus in April. Kodak grilled Boosie over his silence. Especially given the fact that he has been critical of other rappers who have allegedly told.
In response, Boosie took shots at Kodak over the current state of his rap career. Telling the Florida native that his legacy will be dwindled to a “drug addict” whose rap career flames out.
“Your career has been downhill ever since. You f*****g over your legacy. You’re gonna be known as a drug addict before your talents,” Boosie said. “On top of that, you checked Pc my n***a COME ON MANE. You walked to the left when u got off the bus. The whole FED system will tell you this. I don’t wanna go back and forth with you. Get off the drugs and go get you some help, you’re f*****g the wrong one n***a.”
It will be interesting to see if Boosie gets in the booth to respond this time around.
