Lil Baby was arrested Thursday night in Atlanta, according to TMZ.
A camera phone video that has surfaced shows the Lil Baby being handcuffed and detained by Georgia law enforcement. The footage was taken Thursday evening in Atlanta. A man who is identified as Lil Baby in the video is seen on the ground next to an orange Corvette as a uniform officer stands above him. Shortly before his apparent run-in with cops, Lil Baby posted an Instagram story in which he was seen riding in his Rolls Royce bumping tunes. Lil Baby’s outfit in the IG broadcast looks similar to the one worn by the detained man.
Sources told TMZ the artist was arrested for “failure to signal, eluding police, and reckless driving.” He remains in custody as of press time, but is expected to be released on bond later tonight.
