Lil Baby is getting ready to flood the streets again. Hit’s latest project, titled The Leaks, arrives this Friday, September 5.
Lil Baby Releases Tracklist For Upcoming Project
As Baby continues the rollout for his upcoming drop, the Freestyle Creator dropped a social media post, revealing the album’s tracklist with the accompanying list of artists who will be featured on the project.
Among those artists are Young Thug, Lil Yachty, Rylo Rodriguez, and G Herbo.
The 17-track project was initially set to drop on August 15, but was pushed back. But the delay has only built more anticipation among fans who are hyped for the new album.
“Wham, we have been waiting for the drop. Let the music talk now,” one fan wrote in the comments section of the Instagram post.
“I’m always going to support you, my GOAT,” another fan added.
“These folks tried to say wham was washed. He’s the realest,” a third user said.
Other fans questioned if Young Thug would still be featured on the album in light of the allegations surrounding YSL. To bring things up to speed, Young Thug’s interrogation audio leaked in August, and he is heard implicating YSL affiliate PeeWee Roscoe in a 2015 incident where Lil Wayne’s tour bus was shot.
Wham Targets Gunna in New Song
After Lil Baby ended his longtime partnership with Gunna, allegedly because he entered an Alford plea in the YSL case, many people were wondering if he would keep the same energy with Young Thug.
Additionally, a snippet from the upcoming project leaked on social media last month. In the song titled Otha Boy, Lil Baby appears to aim at Gunna and Offset.
“Make a rapper take his clothes off, that boy is a male stripper. Push up on ’em at the gym, I hope a n**** do their push-ups,” he raps in the snippet.
Lil Baby doesn’t call Gunna or Offset by name. But the gym reference appears to be aimed toward Gunna. The rap star has lost a significant amount of weight since being released from prison. He often documents his fitness journey on social media.
