Rap star Lil Uzi has been hospitalized in New York City according to TMZ. While the reason remains unknown. What we do know is that the Eternal Atake artist was rushed to the emergency room. In New York on April 21 according to the outlet.

“Lil Uzi Vert is currently getting medical treatment in NYC — the “Eternal Atake” rapper was rushed to a hospital … TMZ Hip Hop has learned,” the outlet writes.
“Paramedics responded to an EMS call Monday afternoon for a “sick person” at a hotel in Lower Manhattan.”
Lil Uzi Rushed to Hospital in New York City
The outlet also added that Vert was picked up from a New York City hotel. After receiving a 911 call that someone at the hotel had fallen ill.
There is one thing to be optimistic about concerning their condition. The rap star was still conscious when they were picked up to be transported. However, they did stay in the emergency room overnight. According to the outlet, details are still being gathered about exactly what caused Uzi’s hospitalization.
“Our sources say Lil Uzi was conscious when they brought him out and headed to the hospital. We’ve also confirmed Uzi was taken to the emergency room and kept overnight,” TMZ added.
They also said that as of Tuesday morning, Uzi was still in the hospital. It’s unclear what Uzi’s current condition is, or why they were transported.
Lil Uzi’s girlfriend, former City Girls star, JT was by their side when the “Luv is Rage” creator was rushed to the hospital. According to Page Six, JT’s Instagram story showed that she was at a popular NYC hotspot, DL Rooftop, hours before Uzi was hospitalized but it was unclear if they were with their girlfriend on the rooftop.
As of Tuesday afternoon, the rap star remains hospitalized. Their team has yet to provide an official update about their condition.
