Lil Uzi has been teasing new music in 2026 and it appears it’s finally here. On Friday night, before their performance at Lollapalooza, Uzi dropped a birthday EP to satisfy their fans.
What Is Lil Uzi’s new EP?
Uzi surprise dropped their new EP Maverick Almost Forever. The project features eight brand new songs from the dynamic rapper. The cover features a childhood photo of Uzi alongside their grandma.
The tracklist includes: “Haven, “Go,” “Wockhardt,”. “223,” “Dirtiest Cup,” “New Body,” “Say It Was,” and “London.”
It’s their first project since Eternal Atake 2 in 2024. While an EP is out, this doesn’t mean it’s the album the Philly rapper teased earlier this year.
In a previous interview with Dazed, Uzi revealed a desire to drop a new album in 2026, though they didn’t appreciate people attempting to tell them what to do.
“I don’t feel pressure, bro. I’m gonna tell you right now,” Uzi said. “Everybody who doesn’t pay attention to me they’ve got their life going on. Everybody who pays attention to me [too much], it’s somehow coded that I’m better than you. They’re trying to make it like we’re supposed to drop one album a year.”

People Who Dissed The Rapper Now Regret It?
In a clip that surfaced online, Nine Vicious expresses regret over throwing shade at the rap artist. He also showers the person he calls a “goat,” with massive praise.
“I was a f****** kid when I made the song, bro. Like, I didn’t know anybody. Like that’s how crazy that s**t is. I f****d up,” he said. “I f*** with Uzi bruh. That wasn’t meant to happen. S*** was stupid. Like I feel like Uzi is goated as f***. Why would I say that s***?”
Fans didn’t buy Nine Vicious’ reasons, saying he was capping.
