At various performances in the past, Boat has regularly taken time out of his set to hold a moment of silence for Juice WRLD. That tradition continued during a recent stop on Tyler, The Creator’s Chromakopia tour in Washington, D.C. However, the moment was interrupted by an audience member, prompting an intense reaction from Yachty.
Clearly frustrated, he snapped at the disruptive fan, shouting, “Shut the f–k up!” He then asked the crew to turn the lights on so he could identify who had spoken during the tribute. Once the individual was pointed out, Yachty publicly called them out and instructed the crowd to boo them—effectively shaming the person for their lack of respect.
This wasn’t the first time something like this had happened. Just last week, a similar video went viral after a show in Pittsburgh, where people also disrupted the moment of silence. In that instance too, the crowd turned on the disrespectful attendees with loud boos.
Yachty’s Connection to Juice WRLD Runs Deep.
In a 2018 interview, he revealed that they had completed a collaborative project, though it has yet to be released as of 2025. Reflecting on their chemistry, he said of their joint track “Yacht Club”: “We got a bunch of songs just like that. We just be in the studio recording. We got hella songs together. This song was actually supposed to go on our tape.”
