Lizzo Confronts Yung Miami on Instagram Live

During the conversation between her and Shannon, one of the topics that the paid discussed was plastic surgery and enhancements. Young Miami has previously been very vocal about the work she had done. From Brazilian Butt Lifts to veneers. The NFL Hall of Famer asked the rap star if she feels that women in the entertainment industry are pushed to do plastic surgery. She answered with a resounding yes and used Lizzo as an example.

“I will just use Lizzo for example,” Miami started. “Everybody was all, ‘Oh my God, she’s so fat!’ She looks so good now. And now it’s like, ‘Oh my God, ew! She needs to stop!’ Pick a side.”

Lizzo was a little taken aback by the “ew,” part of Yung Miami’s statement so she called the “Act Bad” artist during an Instagram live session on March 24 to get clarification.

“Before you lost the weight, people would be like she should lose weight, she too fat, that s**t not cute, that’s what I was pertaining to,” Miami explained on the phone call.

Lizzo then responded that she thought that Caresha was saying she was too little now.

“Everybody says you look good, but then you have the five percent that says she looks better fat,” Miami added. “You can’t make nobody happy and they always got something to say when it comes to women’s bodies.”

Lizzo agreed with the sentiments that Lizzo was saying and ultimately agreed. The entire exchange was pretty light-hearted between the two artists.
