More details of the Sidney Starr arrest have emerged. Reportedly, while Starr was getting searched and handcuffed, an open condom fell from her pocket. She also claimed the teenager she performed fellatio on told her he was 18.
According to a Fulton County police report, the former Baddies star is accused of sexual battery against a child, aggravated child molestation and sodomy charges.
On Sunday (August 2) Georgia police officers responded to an incident at the Embassy Suites hotel before arresting Starr. A hotel employee called them, saying they believed a sex crime had occurred.
TMZ reported that Starr allegedly admitted to performing oral sex on a minor. According to police reports, she says a tall, slender, black male wearing a white t-shirt, approached her in the lobby and said she was “cute.”
Starr claimed she asked his age before any alleged sexual contact occurred, which she says the boy responded he was 18. Police determined he was under 16. The teen reportedly suffered an anxiety attack after the police interview.
She is still detained in the Fulton County Jail without bond. If convicted, Starr faces anywhere from 5 years to life in prison, depending on how many and what charges she’s convicted of.

Starr Denies The Charges
The reality tv personality issued a statement after her arrest.
“[I] unequivocally deny the allegations against me and intend to vigorously defend myself through the legal process,” the statement reads. “Allegations should not be mistaken for fact, and public opinion should never replace due process.”
She’s also known as the person who made up a rumor about being involved with Chingy, which affected his career negatively.
