Ludacris just gave fans a long-awaited update: new music is finally on the way.
While hosting the iHeartRadio Music Awards at the Dolby Theatre, the Atlanta rap veteran was honored with the Landmark Award, recognizing his decades-long impact on hip-hop and pop culture. But instead of just soaking in the moment, Luda used the spotlight to make it clear: he’s not done yet.
“I’m coming back with new music,” he told the crowd, closing out his speech after thanking his team, his wife Eudoxie, and fans for riding with him for 25 years.
The night doubled as both a celebration and a reminder of his catalog, as he later hit the stage for a medley of hits like “Stand Up,” “Move B—ch,” and “Money Maker.” Ludacris was also presented the award by his Fast & Furious co-star Vin Diesel.
With nearly a decade since his last full-length, Luda’s teaser signals a major return could be on deck.
