In July, Lupe Fiasco announced he no longer wants to do any features. Then, in August, he revealed his plans to give up violent music, videos games and cartoons. In the middle of all this Lupe releases his new Drogas Wave album.
The album comes seven days early due to leaking onto the internet a couple weeks earlier. For Lupe’s 7th album he gives us 24 tracks, the features on the album are Damian Marley, Nikki Jean, Crystal Torres, Simon Sayz, Elena Pindehughes, and Bishop Edgar Jackson. Production on the album is handled by Soundtrakk, Cardiak, DJ Dahi, Rosy Timms, S1 and others.
