The Greatest Female Emcee Of All-Time MC Lyte is engaged to be married. Lyte sat down with Essence Magazine to give them the exclusive news on her engagement and the path to finding her husband. Lyte expressed how difficult it was dating in L.A. as a Black Woman and how hard it was to find a genuine person being who she is. She says she found her husband online and he is actually from New York as she is. Congratulations to MC Lyte for finding love and we wish the Female GOAT and her future husband the best.
