Megan Thee Stallion is back in album mode, as she is set to release her fourth studio album, Act III.
Megan Thee Stallion Wants Jay-Z Collab on New Album
Meg recently gave fans an inside look at her new project. In a post to her social media account, she revealed her wishlist of featured artists for her new album. And one of those artists is none other than Jay-Z.
Megan and Jay-Z are closely affiliated. As her management goes through his record label, Roc Nation.
If she does land Hov on the album, it would be special. Because Hov isn’t giving out many verses these days. He’s only appeared on two songs since 2023. God Did on DJ Khaled’s 2023 album, God Did. And I Want You Forever by Jeymes Samuel & D’Angelo. The song appeared on the soundtrack for the 2024 film, Book of Clarence, which Jay-Z executive-produced.
Other artists on her wishlist included Hayley Williams, Monaleo, Cardi B, Doechii, Don Toliver, Tink, and Pimp C.

Megan has previously mentioned wanting to work with Doechii. But she said she didn’t have a song at the time. But expressed excitement over wanting to get into the studio with her.
“B****h I love Doechii! I do wanna do a song with Doechii. That’s on my list. That’s on my album wishlist. But I have no song right now. But I feel like Doechii would be the type of person that you would have to be in the studio to make a song with,” she said.
“I would like to hear a beat that she would like to rap over. And also I’m challenging myself to rap over beats that I would not normally rap over without losing myself.”
It will be interesting to see what Meg has in store for her upcoming project.
