Megan Thee Stallion will have to go to trial over a photographer’s claims, but that won’t stop her from making music.

Earlier today, she dropped some images on her social media, bathed in an orange hue with the caption “I’m Back.” She announced these images coincide with the announcement of her next album Act III, which will bring back her alter ego, Tina Snow.

No singles have been released as of yet but Meg will have plenty of material to pull from.

Her recent breakup with Klay Thompson after she accused him of cheating will likely feature prominently on the album. Then there’s the numerous lawsuits she’s settled and will go to trial to settle. She also had a scary moment while on Broadway for Moulin Rouge, where she was rushed to the hospital prior to one of her performances for exhaustion and other issues.

Megan Goes To Trial

The allegations against the Stallion came to light in 2024, when her former cameraman, Emilio Garcia, who photographed Megan for several years, accused her and her team of unpaid wages, workplace mistreatment, and misconduct while on a trip in Ibiza.

Garcia says Meg repeatedly commented on his weight and then changed his compensation structure to reduce his earnings. He believes this was in retaliation for his response to the Ibiza incident.

According to Garcia, the incident in question stems from a 2022 trip to Ibiza where he alleges Megan made him watch her have sex with women while in a car. He reportedly tried to leave, but was forced to stay in the car, then threatened by Meg, who told him to “never discuss what you saw.”

Megan’s team has vehemently denied these allegations, claiming Garcia is a con artist. Quick research on Garcia shows he’s a photographer and videographer from Houston who shoots weddings, behind the scenes videos, and documentaries.

Megan and her team have tried to get Garcia’s claims dismissed, but judge Gregory Woods believes Garcia has enough cause to get a jury trial.
