Vancouver’s legendary interviewer, Nardwuar the Human Serviette, is stepping into the sneaker world with a Nike SB Dunk Low that’s unmistakably his own. Known for interviews that have left everyone in awe from The Roots to Kurt Cobain, Nardwuar has translated his eccentric energy into a shoe that’s as playful and detailed as his on-screen persona.

The Dunk Low features tartan print, a nod to Nardwuar’s signature wardrobe, including his iconic tam o’ shanter cap. A black Swoosh and midsole provide balance, while fun details like a pom-pom lace attachment, four extra lace options, and his face printed on the insole add character. Fans will also notice the “Doot doola doot doo” sign-off on the heels and outsoles, a personal touch that reflects the quirky charm of his interviews.
In classic Nardwuar style, the collaboration goes beyond the sneaker. He teamed up with Nike SB for a special interview with skateboarding legend Paul Rodriguez, exploring P-Rod’s career and the re-release of his first signature SB shoe. The conversation brought the same depth and unpredictability that Nardwuar fans have come to expect.
The Nike SB Dunk Low releases December 6th in skate shops and December 9th on SNKRS. Ahead of the global launch, Nardwuar will make in-store appearances in Los Angeles, Toronto, London, New York City, and Vancouver, giving fans a chance to experience his signature energy firsthand.
With this collaboration, Nardwuar proves that his flair for the unexpected isn’t limited to the interview room—it can walk, jump, and skate, too.
