It seems NBA YoungBoy has become disenfranchised with the music industry.

Previously, he told Funny Marco he would retire from music soon.
“[I have] 1 or 2 [albums left], 1 tour for sure,” YoungBoy told Marco when asked about his musical output. “One more time, that’s it.”
He also says “never in life” when asked if he’d ever move back to the United States.
Additionally, YoungBoy promised to drop an album before his birthday, which is October 22nd. Rod Wave has also teased a stadium tour with YoungBoy.
In a new interview with ID, he says the main focus is his kids.
“I want to quit right now, actually. But all of this… It’s way bigger than me,” YoungBoy said. “I just want to make people happy, and if I can’t do that, then I just want to stay out of the way. I feel like my W will be shown through my kids, you know? It’s not about money or any of my own achievements.”
The multi-millionaire living in South Korea never has to worry about money ever again.
There’s more context than that though.
Months ago on Instagram, YoungBoy allegedly asked his wife to come home.
“Honestly I feel like I lost the only thing complete my family but it’s cool, 5 I love you you need To come home cause that ain’t it I’ll mind my business though like a gangster suppose too,” YoungBoy said.
The rumors sparked further when he posted a picture with him, Mychelle, and the kids they share.
It’s unknown what happened between the couple, who’ve been married for three years. They share three children, of YoungBoy’s 13 total.
There’s been no update since.
