Fans on social media were understandably excited about the forthcoming drop.
“He gone take over, just WAIT!!!!!,” one fan wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“About time, hope he brings that raw energy again,” a second user added.
“NBA YoungBoy is keeping the gas pedal down for 2026,” a third user chimed in.
Only a short time has passed since Youngboy dropped his MASA album in 2025. However, even in that short time, fans are expecting him to address a lot in this upcoming project.
One of those things is his beef with Lil Durk. A feud that has been stewing for years. But things came to a head when the MASA tour made a stop in Atlanta. The rap star performed his song I Hate Youngboy. That partially aims at the Chicago rapper, as well as his girlfriend, India Royale.
“Clean up on aisle O, youngin, let that chop blow. And my brother let that stick blow. N***a know that’s my smoke he called me a bitch, that’s India, that be yo’ h*e,” he raps on the track.
To add insult to injury, Youngboy brings out Lul Tim, the man who was accused of killing Durk’s cousin, Chicago rapper King Von.
It will be interesting to see if he keeps the beef going on this new project.
