NBA YoungBoy’s mother has officially entered the conversation following NLE Choppa’s recent diss track “KO,” where the Memphis rapper appeared to take shots at her son. In a fiery video shared online, she didn’t hold back her thoughts on Choppa — or the visuals for the song.
“Today I’m going to talk about being jealous, being envious,” she began, before criticizing Choppa’s video. “So you wanna make a video dancing around like a ballerina, and then you got a man on his knees smoking a crack pipe. And you’re saying my son is evil and he’s a bad influence?”
She went on to question the actor’s decision to play the role, saying, “Who would play that stupid ass role?”
Before signing off, YoungBoy’s mother left viewers with a parting message that seemed aimed directly at Choppa: “If you know better, you do better.”
Her comments have sparked intense debate online as fans continue to dissect the ongoing tension between NLE Choppa and NBA YoungBoy — two of the most talked-about young voices in Hip-Hop today.
