Garcia’s complaint alleged that he was in a vehicle with Megan during a tour stop in Ibiza, Spain in June 2022. At some point during the ride, Megan started having sex with another passenger in the car.
Minaj came to Garcia’s defense. Noting that his gender assignment doesn’t mean that he should be subject to harassment.
“Being a gay man doesn’t give any woman the right to sexually grind on you or have sex in front of you. I remember seeing someone grinding on their hair stylist & he seemed so uncomfortable,” she said in a separate tweet.

Nicki & Megan’s Beef Timeline
Although Megan has never directly addressed Nicki there is speculation that she does have a current beef with the Queen Barb. Last January, the Grammy winner dropped a song titled Hiss which featured some interesting lyrics. In the song, many speculated that the Traumazine creator took a jab at Minaj in the lyrics.
“These h–– don’t be mad at Megan, these h–– mad at Megan’s Law. I don’t really know what the problem is, but I guarantee y’all don’t want me to start,” Megan says in the song.
Fans speculated that the lyric was directed at Minaj’s husband, Kenneth Petty. Petty previously plead guilty to attempted rape and served four years in prison. He is a registered sex offender and Megan’s Law refers to a US law that requires all states to have sex offender registries that are available to the public.
That appears to be the “law” that Minaj is referencing in her recent Tweet.
