Prior to this single, I felt that the state of music, especially R&B/hip-hop, was so abysmal that I had hesitated to purchase new works of this blend of music for several years. Now finally, R&B/hip-hop that was intelligent and adult and deviated from the standard of juvenile, was in my media player with “Darlin”.
