Offset was involved in a scary situation, according to a Monday (April 5) report from TMZ.
Offset Reportedly Shot Outside of Florida Casino
According to the outlet, the former Migos star was shot outside of a “popular Florida casino” on Monday evening.
Thankfully, the former Migos star appears to be recovering. One source told the outlet that Offset is “fine” and “is currently at the hospital receiving medical care.” They also said that he is “stable and being closely monitored.

Details are still being gathered about the situation. However, the outlet also talked to a representative from the Seminole County Police Department, who offered more insight into what happened.
“We are aware of an incident that occurred at a valet area after 7 p.m. Monday outside of Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood that resulted in non-life-threatening injuries to an individual who was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood,” the rep said to the outlet.
“Seminole Police were on site immediately, and the situation was contained quickly. Two individuals have been detained by police. The investigation is ongoing. The site is secure, and there is no threat to the public. Operations continue as normal.”
Late last year, rumors began to circulate that Offset has a gambling problem. After footage of him at several different casinos began to circulate online. And several of his close cohorts began to call him out over unpaid loans.
OnlyFans model, Celina Powell. Powell alleges that Offset owes her $15,000. A loan for which she was never recompensated.
In addition, New York rapper Lil Tjay also alleged that he loaned Offset a lump sum of money. And he was never paid back either.
It is unclear what led to the shooting, but the fact that it happened outside of a casino appears to point to it being over a gambling dispute.
