Pastor Troy is reflecting on his journey in radio and how things have come full circle in 2026.
The Atlanta rapper recently shared that he launched DSGB Radio back in 2011 after becoming frustrated with the industry. According to Troy, corporate control over radio made it difficult for artists like himself to get their music played, as DJs no longer had the freedom to break records or support independent voices.
Now, over a decade later, Pastor Troy is celebrating a major milestone. He announced that he’s officially part of Majic 107.5/97.5, where he hosts his own show every Saturday morning from 10 a.m. to noon. The show also features live broadcasts alongside longtime collaborator Do It For The Ryan and the RC Uncensored crew.
For Pastor Troy, the new opportunity represents more than just a radio slot—it’s a full-circle moment. After creating his own platform out of necessity, he’s now back on mainstream airwaves, this time with a voice and platform fully his own.
