Peter Rosenberg Clowns Drake Over Class Action Lawsuit
However, even though Drizzy has fallen on hard times, radio host Peter Rosenberg hasn’t forgotten what the rap star did to him when the roles were reversed. So, of course, he couldn’t miss an opportunity to troll him on social media.
He reposted the report on his social media account with three axe emojis.

To bring things up to speed after Ebro in The Morning was nixed by Hot 97 in January, Drake commented three axe emojis under a social media post. Appearing to celebrate the fact that Ebro and Rosenberg’s radio show had been axed by the network.
Even though Rosenberg’s actions seem justifiable, fans in the comments section of his post appeared to side with Drake.
“Y’all obsession with wanting to see him fail is unreal lol,” one fan wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“Sorry, bruh, it doesn’t hit the same,” another user added.
As for the lawsuit, Drake and YouTube creator Adin Ross have been accused of using the gambling service’s “tipping” feature to transfer acquired funds to “artificially inflate Drake’s music streams across major distribution platforms,” such as Spotify. According to Power 105.1’s Loren Lorosa.
The filing couldn’t have come at a worse time for Drake. The rap star was recently named Spotify’s most-streamed artist for an eleventh consecutive year.
The lawsuit was initially filed back in October 2025. In the filing, Drake was referred to as the “unofficial mascot” for the brand, and ripped Stake for being “corrosive.” Noting that he often posts his outlandish bets on social media. But the reality is that he is not using his own money to fund his bets. Instead, he is betting with “house money” while “millions of impressionable fans.”
Drake has not yet responded to the lawsuit.
