Pooh Shiesty Request Release After Trial Gets Delayed
According to a recent report from Bryson “Boom” Paul, the rapper and his lawyer are filing a motion tomorrow (June 13). His attorney, Kent Schaffer, says that it is time for his client to be freed. To give himself an “opportunity” to fight for his freedom.
According to the report, the rapper says that he is willing to adhere to strict release conditions. Such as “24-hour GPS monitoring, supervision by retired federal agents. A secured bond backed by real estate. Travel restrictions, drug testing, and a ban on contact with alleged victims or co-defendants.”

The feds believe that the rap star led several men on an excursion from Memphis to Dallas to confront Gucci Mane. Shiesty led Gucci to believe that they were having a one-on-one meeting at his studio in Dallas. To amicably resolve a contract dispute and release him from his record deal with 1017 Brick Squad. But when Gucci declined, the other men blitzed him and coerced the rapper to sign the documentation, releasing him from his deal.
They also allege that the men robbed Gucci and the other victims of jewelry, Rolex watches, and cash.
However, Shiesty’s lawyers have argued that there are already flaws in the case. Noting that the charges solely rely on the testimony of one eyewitness. And that the same witness, assumed to be Gucci Mane, “publicly denied that the incident occurred and reportedly displayed jewelry that was allegedly stolen.”
So far, two of the men have already been released on bail. Pooh Shiesty’s father, Lontrell Williams Sr., and rap artist Big30.
