Not to mention he has a new album “4:44” being released on June 30th, he and his wife Beyonce have just welcomed twins into the world. To top it all off Jay Z got a formal congratulations from his friend and 44th President of The United States Barack Obama. Here are the nice words that President Obama had to say about Jay Z.
