Three legends of the game, Rakim, Masta Killa, and Kurupt, have linked up to drop their highly anticipated new album The Godbody.
The album includes features from Snoop Dogg, Ghostface Killah, Raekwon, KRS-One, Daz Dillinger, Kool G Rap, Buckshot, Kokane, and Killa Sin among others.
There’s also an interlude featuring Eminem, and JAY-Z.
This marks Rakim’s first album in over 15 years. He also dropped his first solo single in 5 years, “A Different Kind.” The track sees the MC calling out trend chasers and emphasizing the importance of real raps in an AI world.
