More than a week has passed since Netflix debuted its new film, Sean Combs: The Reckoning, one that details Diddy’s years of crimes and abuse.
Ray J Appears to Question The Validity of Lil Rod’s Diddy Assault Claims
One of the accusations made against Combs in the film that really stood out came from music producer, Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones. During the film, Lil Rod insinuated that he was sexually assaulted by the Bad Boy Records founder.
“There were days we would party. I would wake up not knowing what the hell happened. Some days, there were girls next to me. Woke up some days, he was in the bed,” Jones said. “I would wake up feeling sore, still not understanding exactly what’s, you know what I am saying, transpiring. But this is me starting to understand that I was drugged pretty often.”
While many people were empathetic toward Lil Rod’s story, others questioned its credibility. One of those critics is R&B singer turned reality star, Ray J. Ray J took to social media on Tuesday (December 9) to question the validity of those claims.
“Ni**a’s saying that they were getting their a**taken, bro? Multiple times?” Ray J said in a video posted to his social media account on Tuesday. “Yo, what the f*ck is going on in this world, bro? Ni**a said, ‘I woke up with females in a bed. Then I woke up, and Diddy was in the bed. What was Diddy doing in the bed, bro?”
The validity of several of the claims has come into question amid the release of the new documentary. Diddy and his team have since served Netflix with a cease and desist, demanding that they remove the film from their platform. However, Netflix has refused, and the film remains available on the streaming service more than a week later. Diddy is also considering pursuing further legal action in light of the backlash that has come from the documentary.
