Ray J is sounding off on Adin Ross and Brand Risk Promotions for leaving him by himself with no assistance after Supa Hot Fire knocked him out. The singer, who’s had a long-documented history of health problems, called Ross and his partners out for malpractice.
What Did Ray J Say?
During a quick live, Ray J is seen laying in bed, with filmers concerned about him. He then got emotional as he spoke about what he went through.
“I took myself [to the hospital],” Ray J said. “They didn’t check on me. The promoters they didn’t care about me. They didn’t care about the fighters. They’re terrible people to work with. Nobody tried to reach out, and I been stuck here ever since. It’s bad.”
The former Kardashian beau also mumbled that his heart is in much worse condition now. It appears now Ray J has been released from the hospital since that live video.
Notoriously, things took a turn with Ray J after he was knocked out by Supa Hot Fire. After the bout, he heavily implied the promoter, Brand Risk Promotions, were running fixed fights and that he wasn’t supposed to get hurt.
Ross has responded to the claim, saying he’s taking the accusations seriously.
The “One Wish” singer also has suffered numerous health issues as of recent. At the top of the year, he told fans that his heart was only operating at 25% due to substance abuse. He grimly claimed doctors only gave him another year to live. So, when it was announced he’d participate in freakshow celebrity MMA, most fans were in disbelief.
Despite all this, TMZ reports that he was cleared to fight by doctors during a physical in preparation for his fight.
