Eve is a Hip-Hop superstar now but back in the late 90’s when Eve was just making her way in the game Lil Kim was on top of the Hip-Hop world. On the subject humble beginnings on daytime television show The Talk Eve tells the story of how once she got in the game and finally got a chance to meet Lil Kim (whom she was a big fan of) she acted like a fan and Lil Kim ignored her and her request to work on music together.
Lil Kim took to Twitter to respond to Eve’s story by saying “Why do you girls always do this to me?Trying to make me out to be the bad guy? I don’t remember it that way at all @TheRealEve is my girl that’s my baby y’all.We are not fighting.We are real friends.We can have this debate and still cuddle on the couch and watch a movie 2gether..”
It’s been awhile maybe the two stars remember the same situation totally different.
