Reggie Bush is giving back to the family of Nipsey Hussle.
On Friday (April 12), the former NFL player and his wife, Lilit Avagyan, have teamed up with GoFundMe to create a charitable account that will benefit the late rapper’s children. Bush and his wife donated the initial seed money of $10,000 to the account, and they’re both encouraging his followers to pitch in and give what they can.
The goal is to raise $100,000, which will go into a trust fund set up for Nipsey’s two kids: Kross, his son with London, and Emani, Nipsey’s daughter from a previous relationship. So far, over $13,000 has been donated to the GoFundMe account in less than six hours.
Bush was inspired to create this initiative after watching Nipsey’s mother, Angelique Smith, speak about her beloved son at the memorial service.
Donate money to the Nipsey Legacy Fund at GoFundMe.com.
