Rick Ross is cashing out on one of his luxury properties. The Miami rap mogul has officially listed his Southwest Ranches, Florida mansion for $6.5 million through Sotheby’s International Realty.
The stunning 14,000-square-foot estate features six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, and sits on 2.3 acres in the exclusive Landmark Ranch Estates community. The home’s amenities include a resort-style pool, soundproof theater, custom bar, two offices, a nine-car garage, and even a two-bedroom guest house.
Originally owned by former NBA All-Star Amar’e Stoudemire, Ross purchased the mansion in 2021 and has since made several upgrades—including the addition of his signature double-R logo in the driveway.
While Rozay may be parting with his South Florida home, he still holds on to his massive 322-acre Georgia estate, known as The Promise Land. With 109 rooms, it remains one of the largest single-family homes in the state, solidifying Rick Ross’s reputation as Hip-Hop’s real estate boss.
