Rick Ross and 50 Cent have had a long-running feud. And their beef has even landed them on opposite sides of the courtroom.
Rick Ross Recalls Feeling Bad For 50 Cent
During a recent stream, Rozay recalled when 50 sue him in 2015 for over $2 million. After he alleged that Ross used his hit record “In Da Club” on a mixtape without permission to promote a new album. However, 50 Cent lost the case, with courts ruling that the right-of-publicity claims were largely preempted by federal copyright law.
Rozay also said that amid the case, the courts pulled up 50 Cent’s bank records. Which he said made him feel bad for the Get Rich or Die Tryin’ creator
“50 Cent sued me before. We beat his a** and kicked him to sleep in court, sent him back home. He was poor. We pulled up his banking accounts and felt bad for him, I really did,” he said as caught by 2Cool2Blog on X.
Later, he added: It was bad. They made sure that I couldn’t say anything about it. I can’t say a dollar figure. But it was bad. You know he was in an apartment. Two bedroom, I felt bad for dawg. I was like ‘damn’, I knew n****s who bought two-bedroom apartments for their puppies and s**t. You gotta hustle hard, you gotta hustle every day.

The beef between Rick Ross and 50 Cent began when an altercation went down between the two rap stars at the 2008 BET Awards. Ross continued the beef after he called the G-Unit founder out on his 2008 track Mafia Music.
Since then, the two rappers have thrown subtle shots at each other throughout the years.
At the time of writing, 50 Cent has not responded to the recent comments made by Rick Ross.
