Hip Hop lost another rising talent when news broke over the weekend that Chicago’s BloodHound Q50 was shot and killed.
Footage of the murder came out, showing Bloodhound getting ambushed at a gas station while in his Tesla. Shooters reportedly pulled up in two cars alongside the Chicago rapper while parked between 4AM and 6AM, later opening fire. Police are investigating his death as a homicide.
Police have not established a motive at this time.
Alleged dispatch audio features an officer spelling out BloodHound Q50’s real name, Mikquale Cooper, while responding to the shooting. His mother also confirmed the tragedy, telling online trolls to back off.

BloodHound Q50 A Bright Career Cut Short
BloodHound had some of the highest buzz coming out of the current Chicago Drill scene. Songs such as “Don’t Blink Or Stare,” “Triple 3,” “Splash Bros,” and “BH4L” took the world by storm, reaching over 500 Million Streams collectively.
