Detroit rapper Sada Baby is one step closer to putting his 2025 drug case behind him.
The “Whole Lotta Choppas” artist (real name Casada Sorrell) just pleaded no contest to a felony charge for possession of less than 25 grams in Macomb County. He’s pushing for drug court—and if he completes the program, the charge could be reduced to attempted possession.
The case stems from a January 2025 traffic stop in Sterling Heights, where cops say they spotted alleged contraband in his vehicle after pulling him over on an outstanding warrant.
Sada previously claimed the substances were prescription medication during an appearance on Politely Raw with Pacman Jones.
Sentencing is currently set for May 5.
The Detroit native rose to fame with hits like “Aktivated” and “Pressin” alongside King Von, before landing a breakout moment with “Whole Lotta Choppas”—later remixed with Nicki Minaj.
