With this being the 7th and final season of 50 Cent’s hit series, Raising Kanan, fans expected some major losses. But nothing could have prepared viewers for what was coming in the final moments.
Kanan is hit with a jaw-dropping ultimatum from his distributors, Snap and Pops. He and Breeze are sent on a mission to kill Raq and Marvin. And he is forced to choose either to kill his Uncle Marvin or his own mother.
Kanan ends up choosing to kill his Uncle Marvin. He hunts him down at a church and guns him down in the sanctuary. The same sanctuary where his Uncle Lou was eulogized after he shot and killed him inadvertently.
Fans React to Uncle Marvin’s Death in Season 7
Uncle Marvin was one of the show’s most beloved characters. So of course, social media went crazy after the end of episode 7.
“I can’t believe Kanan killed Marvin. I want that lil mf dead,” one user wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“Top 5 POWER Character of All-Time… Love you, Uncle Marvin,” a second user chimed in.
“Uncle Marvin is GOATED fr!!!!!!! This is how legends go down, man. He was still giving his nephew some serious lifetime advice,” a third user remarked.
With the next episode being the series finale, there are still several loose ends to tie up. How will Jukebox react to her father’s death? And will she find out that Kanan is the killer? Raq is in deep with the feds, and the walls are closing in. How will Breeze and Kanan react to the death of Snap and Pops?
