NBA star Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors headed north to take on the Toronto Raptors on Sunday Afternoon (December 28). But before Curry hit the hardwood, he was already turning heads with his footwear.

Steph, of course, has been showing off his repertoire of footwear after announcing his split from Under Armour earlier this year. With the two-time NBA MVP set to hit the market, he will be one of the most highly-touted sneaker free agents in recent memory. Could he be teasing a reunion with the swoosh?
A Steph and Nike collab hasn’t been confirmed. But his relationship with Drizzy could be one of the reasons that he reunites with the brand. Steph is one of the few NBA players who are still in good standing with Drake following his beef with Kendrick Lamar.
During a recent interview with Complex’s Speedy Mormon, Steph criticized Lamar’s track, Not Like Us. He notes that he became fatigued with the hit record because he is close with Drake.
“We go way back, though, and it’s actually kind of a family thing too. One of Ayesha’s cousins is from Toronto and the whole deal. So, we’re all in the same boat,” Curry explained.
“Everywhere we went, it was all I heard. And the fact that they know who I was with. You can’t do anything about what the DJ’s playing. But I was like, I got sick of it at a certain point. It’s funny, the cameras caught me because that was from the soul.”
Could you imagine a Drake and Stephen Curry sneaker collab under the Nike brand?
