Love it or hate it, JAY-Z will be performing at the Super Bowl this year. The Hip-Hop icon will headline the Apple Music Super Bowl LXI Halftime Show on February 14th, 2027, at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California.

This makes sense, considering the year he’s had. A three day sold out Yankee stadium, along with viral Roots Picnic performance, and, notably, a limited European tour has him more active than he’s been in years.
A JAY-Z Halftime show opens many possibilities: Beyonce, Memphis Bleek, Frank Ocean, Eminem, even, maybe, Kanye? All guests are on the table.
However, there’s been some people criticizing the decision to go with JAY, leading to some memes. One post caught fire on X and got the attention of some interesting people.
“The gays are crying that Jay Z is doing the halftime show and then you ask them who should do it and they’ll look you straight in the face and say Pinkpanthress,” one user posted.
However, the poster probably didn’t think Pink would actually see it.
“AQKWKIDDHDJWIJEDNDJ,” PinkPantheress posted.
The poster was mortified, and instantly took it back.
“Wait pretend you didn’t see that ily,” the poster replied.
Now, JAY-Z has the chance to do the funniest thing ever.
