SZA is preparing to wrap up her and Kendrick Lamar’s Grand National Tour in the coming months. And yet the “Kill Bill” creator has still found time to connect with her fans. But after the latest fan altercation, the TDE star could reconsider.
Fan Strikes SZA in The Head During Meet & Greet
SZA hosted a meet and greet for her fans in Phoenix, Arizona.
In a fan-submitted video clip, SZA is initially elated to connect with fans as she gleefully signs autographs and embraces them. However, things quickly changed course. As she was signing an autograph, a fan tossed a bracelet in her direction and it struck her in the side of the head.
In a fan-submitted video clip, you can see SZA become visibly frustrated after being struck and ultimately storms off in a rage.

Fans on social media sounded off after seeing the video clip.
“WEIRD a** GOOFY purposely hit SZA… That’s a nasty individual…She meant to do that,” one fan said on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“I can’t stand it when people be throwing things at people, it’s mad disrespectful,” another user added.
Another fan in the comments claimed that they had spoken to the bracelet thrower and confirmed that they did not do it on purpose.
“The alleged person who threw it reached out to me & said they weren’t intending to hit her & was trying to give it to the security guard, so there’s that,” they wrote in the comments section.
Kendrick and SZA have solidified themselves as one of the most talented music duos. Their 2024 hit “Luther” spent several consecutive weeks on the Billboard Charts. And their Grand National tour has already broken several records. There is still time to catch the tour as it ends on August 9, in Stockholm, Sweden.
