On Wednesday (May 6), a Florida judge found controversial blogger Tasha K in contempt of court for breaching terms from her settlement agreement with Cardi B.
The judge ordered Tasha K to immediately take down content allegedly barred under the agreement and pay significant attorneys’ fees after the rapper’s legal team argued that the blogger continued discussing Cardi, plus her ex’s Offset and Stefon Diggs, despite a non-disparagement clause included in their settlement deal.
The ruling marks the latest chapter in the years-long legal feud between Cardi and Tasha K, which began after the rapper won a nearly $4 million defamation judgment in 2022. Neither side publicly commented on the latest hearing.
