Rap artist Tekashi 6ix9ine went viral on social media on Wednesday (December 9). After he debuted some brand new ink.
6ix9ine Unveils Crazy New Face Tattoo
The rap star showed off a new face tattoo in a new Instagram post. It depicts the photo of a lion. In the accompanying Instagram post, Tekashi writes, “I don’t be lion.”

As you can see, the new tattoo covers almost the entire left side of Tekashi’s face.
Fans were shocked by the rap star’s new artwork. And sounded off in the comments section of the Instagram post.
“How you gone say ‘I don’t be lion, ‘ but it’s written all over your face?” one fan said, referring to the Instagram caption.
“He knows how to keep the attention,” another user added.
“Him and Blueface having a face tatt war,” a third user chimed in.
Others noted how they felt that the photo could have been A.I. generated, but it appears that the tattoo is legit.
In other news, the rap star is currently getting his affairs in order as he prepares to start a three-month prison bid.
6ix9ine was recently sent to prison by a judge due to several probation violations over the past months.
Some of the violations included Tekashi being arrested for drug possession in February 2025, after authorities found cocaine and MDMA inside his Palm Beach residence. The outlet also notes that he had previously been jailed for “unauthorized travel” and for using methamphetamines. In addition, court documents showed that the rapper and an associate physically attacked a man who antagonized him for cooperating with the feds.
