A little more than a month removed from his latest project, Every Movie Needs a Trailer, rap artist The Game is already preparing to heat the streets with another drop.

The project is scheduled to drop this Friday (January 16). And Fans are already amped about it.

“Oh s**t, Chuck putting this energy on another level,” one fan wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.

“Game, Benny, and Conway on Mike & Keys production? The speakers are actually going to melt,” a second user added.

“First one was pretty dope. He raps unlimited, so I’m excited. Just hope chooses to take THAT step,” a third user chimed in.

With DJ Drama on production, fans are expecting a classic. He and Game will drop their second project in a little over a month. But the real irony is that before last December, Drama and Game had never worked together before.

During a recent interview with Elliot Wilson of Uproxx, the Compton artist explained how their partnership came to be.

. “I was like, ‘How did we never do a tape?’ I sent him joints that weekend. He thought I was playing. Then he heard them and was like, ‘Let me cook.’ Once Drama gets on it, it turns into something else. Gangsta Grillz makes good music feel classic. And even subpar shit sounds official. So with this music? It was a wrap,” Game said of their last project.

“I don’t even usually ride around listening to myself, but I’ve been playing this tape nonstop. It just feels good. And the craziest thing? No hate. I’ve been watching. Even the usual trolls are like, ‘Yeah… but this tape is fire.'”
